Brianna Patrick was our buyers agent for our new home we purchased in June. She was professional, thorough and prompt with all communication. There were some nuances to the property we bought that needed clearly defined. Brianna dug in and got us the information we needed to know exactly what we were buying. This is the 5th home we have purchased and I can honestly say I don’t believe the deal would have went through with any of the other realtors I have dealt with. Brianna is hands down the best and I am grateful she was on our side.
