AMAZING experience with the Ryan Reynolds team and their connections. They have been extraordinary and extremely quick with my timeline. I called Ryan late on a Friday as their was some open houses I wanted to go to the same weekend. Ryan hooked me up with Scott and their recommended lender the same day so I could begin getting preapproved on a loan. Scott was extremely quick and met with me the following morning to go over the process. As a first time home buyer, Scott's expertise was very helpful and he answered the numerous questions I had throughout the process. After going to the open houses Saturday, I found a home I was highly interested in, and was told by the seller's agent that they had a offer deadline for that Monday. I called Scott who was more than happy to see the house with me again on Sunday and he helped me get everything in order with the lender so I was able to make an offer. With Scott's expertise and him corresponding with the seller's agent we put in a strong offer that was accepted. Following my offer's acceptance Scott gave me a handful of recommendations for home inspectors who did a great job and he was there to attend the inspection with me along with the final walkthrough and my closing appointment. I cannot recommend this team enough. They were on top of EVERYTHING throughout the entire process and helped me go from just meeting them and learning about home buying to having my offer accepted on my dream home in less than 72 hours. If I have a need for a realtor in the future I will without a doubt be working with this team again!!
